At PartyLite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance and decor; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your PartyLite account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring fragile glass candles and decor are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
